Online Coaching is the full focus of my business, but when the timing is right, I always love working in person with my awesome students.


How insane is this view? Truly blessed!

All before 8:00 am, Chrystel got:

  • A badass full body strength session
  • A final bout of cardio to bring her to life
  • Fresh air and sunshine
  • My awesome jokes and BS

Both Chrystel and I can attest to the following...

Days are infinitely better when you get your muscles and lungs burning in the morning (bonus if you add in some fresh air).
