Do It Daily

Published over 2 years ago • 1 min read

Ideally, we'd all have a clear purpose behind our fitness.

We’d have clear goals and a direct plan to get there.

But nothing is ever ideal and sometimes our “why” seems hard to grasp.

I've learned that sometimes, the goal can simply be to show up daily.

Knowing that fitness is a tool to create a better life, do it daily and see the effects.

When you’re not sure why you should train, know that training daily can enhance everything else in your day.

Other “why’s” may emerge from there.

Hope this helps,

All the best,

Harris

Fitness is what you make it. Being fit has many meanings. Physically, it includes strength, mobility, conditioning and more. How you improve these attributes is more or less up to you. There are foundational principles and methods to build fitness, but there is not just one way to go about it. Some people are drawn to weightlifting sport. Some people, triathlon type training. Some, calisthenics. The list goes on. There's always a way to make fitness fun. Absolutely hate exercising indoors?...
