Make Fitness Fun Again

Published over 2 years ago • 1 min read

Fitness is what you make it.

Being fit has many meanings.

Physically, it includes strength, mobility, conditioning and more.

How you improve these attributes is more or less up to you.

There are foundational principles and methods to build fitness, but there is not just one way to go about it.

Some people are drawn to weightlifting sport.

Some people, triathlon type training.

Some, calisthenics.

The list goes on.

There's always a way to make fitness fun.

Absolutely hate exercising indoors?

Bring your weights outdoors. Use your own bodyweight. Go swim, hike, bike or lift rocks.

Love heavy lifting and want to improve cardio, but hate traditional forms of cardio such as running? Turn part of your lifting sessions into metabolic burners that tax your lungs and muscles simultaneously.

Open to all types of fitness but don’t see an exciting path? Find ways to get competitive. Aim for personal records in weight or time. Sign up for a competition. You get the idea.

Fitness is for all.

There's always a way.

If you need help finding that way, reply now and ask me.

Make fitness fun again.

Have an amazing day Reader,

Best,

Coach Harris

Reader, Can you relate to any of these? If yes, reply back with which one(s). You can say "Number ___" for example and even elaborate on it. If you'd like help with these challenges or others, let me know in the email and I'll see how I can help. Mistake #1 - Trying To Be Perfect Your diet, workout, or life will never be “perfect.” Perfectionism is often a crippling trait that stems from fear. Focus on consistency and "messy" action instead.⠀ Mistake #2 - Too Much Volume Per Workout This one...

Online Coaching is the full focus of my business, but when the timing is right, I always love working in person with my awesome students. How insane is this view? Truly blessed! All before 8:00 am, Chrystel got: A badass full body strength session A final bout of cardio to bring her to life Fresh air and sunshine My awesome jokes and BS Both Chrystel and I can attest to the following... Days are infinitely better when you get your muscles and lungs burning in the morning (bonus if you add in...
