His happiness is my happiness

Reader,

The goal of this email is twofold:

  1. To proudly show off a recent accomplishment had by my Online Coaching Student (it's his accomplishment, not mine).
  2. To hopefully inspire you in the process

Last week, I received the following email from my student's wife:

"Hey Harris happy Monday,
Wanted to share this proud moment, it has been quite a while since Scott would tuck his shirt into his pants and feel confident. Today’s the day!! Thank you for all your work together. His happiness is my happiness. Have a wonderful day"

I've been working with Scott virtually for just over a year and he's made great progress

  • The above shows his sustained weight-loss (~ 30 pounds down)
  • His relationship with and knowledge of food has completely improved
  • He's gotten stronggg
  • He's learned and refined all of the main strength exercises
  • He's learned enough to train his own family
  • After 40+ years without a formal workout, he's trained 3x a week for 52+ weeks straight
  • and more

Point is,

  • Stay patient
  • Work hard daily but focus on long term habits
  • Find ways to win everyday and measure progress
  • Focus on maximizing confidence, not just changes on paper
  • Work to inspire and teach those around you

If you've learned anything from this or just have questions, thoughts or otherwise, please feel welcome to reply below and let me know. I'll get back to you!

Have a great night and take care!

Harris

P.S. If you know of 1-2 family members or close friends that want to work hard, work with me, and want to become fully autonomous with their fitness success, email me anytime to connect us and I'd love to see how I can help them. Thank you!!

Ideally, we'd all have a clear purpose behind our fitness. We’d have clear goals and a direct plan to get there. But nothing is ever ideal and sometimes our “why” seems hard to grasp. I've learned that sometimes, the goal can simply be to show up daily. Knowing that fitness is a tool to create a better life, do it daily and see the effects. When you’re not sure why you should train, know that training daily can enhance everything else in your day. Other “why’s” may emerge from there. Hope...

Reader, Can you relate to any of these? If yes, reply back with which one(s). You can say "Number ___" for example and even elaborate on it. If you'd like help with these challenges or others, let me know in the email and I'll see how I can help. Mistake #1 - Trying To Be Perfect Your diet, workout, or life will never be “perfect.” Perfectionism is often a crippling trait that stems from fear. Focus on consistency and "messy" action instead.⠀ Mistake #2 - Too Much Volume Per Workout This one...

Online Coaching is the full focus of my business, but when the timing is right, I always love working in person with my awesome students. How insane is this view? Truly blessed! All before 8:00 am, Chrystel got: A badass full body strength session A final bout of cardio to bring her to life Fresh air and sunshine My awesome jokes and BS Both Chrystel and I can attest to the following... Days are infinitely better when you get your muscles and lungs burning in the morning (bonus if you add in...
