Ideally, we'd all have a clear purpose behind our fitness. We’d have clear goals and a direct plan to get there. But nothing is ever ideal and sometimes our “why” seems hard to grasp. I've learned that sometimes, the goal can simply be to show up daily. Knowing that fitness is a tool to create a better life, do it daily and see the effects.
